Assist in the promotion and marketing of Antibiotic and Drug Free Pasture Raised Lambs to be branded as Natural Lamb for the Ontario Lamb Market

 

To encourage research and development relating to production of meat sheep for Ontario Lamb market in Ontario

 

All Natural Lamb raised using the Certified Organic Associations of British Columbia (COABC)

 

Natural Lamb gets an annual inspection by FMO of their farms to insure that all standards relating to Natural Lamb are being met.

 

All Natural Lamb produce a high quality well-muscled carcass that is naturally very lean and consistently a very delicate flavour and contains high level of Omega-3.

Our lambs are raised by their mothers in open air and sunshine on lush, rotating pastures. This lifestyle results in leaner, "heart healthy" meat that is popular with consumers. Their product was a prize winner at the 2007 Feast of Fields.

 

 

The Salisburys carefully manage their respective flocks so that Natural Lamb can provide customers with a year-round supply of meat. This includes prepared specialties such as samosas, lamb pie and shepherds pie which are available at Christmas and Easter
